After the flame retardant burns, it can be generated on the surface of the polymer. Porous protective carbon layer, which has the functions of flame-retardant, heat insulation and oxygen barrier, and can prevent combustible gas from entering the combustion gas phase, causing the combustion to be interrupted. Gas phase flame retardancy is the prevention of flame reaction caused by gas generated by thermal decomposition of polymer. Under the action of heat, flame retardants can release active gas, fine particles, passion gas or high-density steam, and interrupt the combustion chain reaction. The reaction of combustibles generated during the combustion of polymers with oxygen in the atmosphere is carried out in the form of an oxidation chain reaction, which is an autocatalytic oxidation chain reaction. Flame Retardant Tape adds flame retardant mainly to achieve flame retardancy by slowing down and terminating the combustion chain reaction. In the polymer flame retardant system, in order to improve the flame retardant efficiency, one flame retardant is often used in combination with another synergist. This system composed of two or more components is called synergistic flame retardant system. The synergist itself is not necessarily a flame retardant, it has certain flame retardancy only when it is used in combination with a flame retardant. It is calculated based on the results of the synergy system with the best flame retardant efficiency.
