Heat Resistant Tissue Tape is an insulating material used in high-temperature working environments such as electrical appliances. It has high resistance to high electricity, high humidity, moisture, and water resistance.

Heat Resistant Tissue Tape is divided into two types: ordinary type (single-sided reinforced type (double-sided). Under high temperature environment, polyester film is generally used as the base material of high temperature resistant adhesive tape, which is coated with polyester fiber after special treatment. A roll-shaped adhesive tape product made of cloth on polyethylene film.
Features:
1. Strong adhesive force: Because PET/PE has good adhesiveness and small shrinkage, its adhesive strength is higher than that of ordinary PET/PVC hot-melt film;
2. Good peelability: because the thermal shrinkage rate of PET/PE is small and the thermal expansion coefficient is similar to that of PC, when the surface temperature of PC is lower than 40°C, no obvious shrinkage phenomenon will occur, resulting in difficulty in peeling;
3. Good impact resistance: because PET/PE has a high elastic modulus and good toughness, its impact resistance is better than other hot-melt tape varieties;
4. Good usability at low temperature: because the glass transition temperature of PE-PP is low (about -70°C), it can still maintain softness and not be brittle below -40°C;
5. Good heat aging resistance: because its molecular structure contains polar gene group (-COO-CH2-CH2)-OH and ether bond (-COOCH2CH2).
Therefore, it has excellent chemical stability, oxidation resistance and weather resistance. Heat Resistant Tissue Tape has single-sided and double-sided points. Single-sided high-temperature-resistant tape is mainly used as insulating material in high-temperature working environments such as electrical appliances. Double-sided high temperature resistant tape is mainly used for fixing and protecting mobile phone batteries!
